Do you offer other shipping options?
Currently, only standard shipping is available at checkout. If you need a rush order, please contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of the page or directly by email at andreac@exolavi.com, and we can try to accommodate you.
When will my order get here?
We do our best to make sure orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Once processed and shipped, delivery generally takes 2-9 days from shipping. We ship from Nevada, so shipping times will usually be shorter the closer you are, and longer the further you are.

My package has an incorrect/defective/missing/wrong size item.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for exchanges/returns/refunds.
Returns are free. We pay for return shipping and provide the shipping label.
Refunds for returns are issued once we receive the shipped items.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. We will not be able to cancel your order after it has been shipped.
I didn't receive an email confirmation or shipping notification.
Make sure you’ve checked your junk and spam folders of your email in case the notification ended up there. Otherwise, please send us a message by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
How do I make a change to an order I already placed?

Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds for returns to the original form of payment. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Please see our full Returns and Exchanges Policy for more important details on refunds.

Why don't you offer Plus Sizes?
We believe that all bodies, of all shapes and sizes are beautiful and that we all deserve to dress like the goddesses we are. The reason we are currently not stocking Plus Sizes is because we are starting out as a small boutique with limited financial resources.
We will keep working hard to grow so we can bring you beautiful, high quality pieces in extended sizes.
