Shipping is free for orders over $50 in the United States.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us ASAP by clicking HERE, or sending an email to andreac@exolavi.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under this amount will have a flat rate shipping, specified at checkout. 

Currently, we only offer a standard shipping speed. If you would like a rush order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Click Here to send a message, or send an email to andreac@exolavi.com. 

Shipping delivery generally takes 2-9 days. However, there may be circumstances such as global shipping issues out of our control that may affect shipping times. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order is shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email after 5 days of your order confirmation email, please Click Here to contact us or email us at andreac@exolavi.com.

We ship from Nevada, so shipping times will usually be shorter the closer you are, and longer the further you are.  

Processing

*note: processing time is different and separate from shipping/delivery time.

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. We do our best to make sure orders are processed as quickly as possible. 

Placing an Order

After submitting an order, expect an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, please first check your spam folder, and then contact us for confirmation by Clicking Here, or send us an email at andreac@exolavi.com.

Please make sure that you enter your correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in shipping address provided. If the package is returned to us due to a non-delivery, we will issue you a refund. Then you can re-submit your order if you'd like.

We cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes. It is your responsibility to check if you can receive packages at your PO Box prior to placing an order.

Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
